Welcome to Amprio Milano. These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, tools and services provided through Amprio Milano (the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase. By completing an order and processing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If you use the Website on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to represent and bind that legal entity. If you use the Website as an individual, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use the Website and enter into these Terms.

Products purchased from us are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale or export.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include or exclude VAT, taxes, shipping, customs duties or other charges depending on the selected market, delivery destination and applicable law.

For UAE orders, prices may be shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). International prices, taxes and charges may vary depending on the destination country and selected payment method.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, insufficient funds, technical errors or other issues outside our control.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer UAE and international shipping. Shipping costs, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where applicable.

UAE orders may be subject to a delivery fee, unless free shipping is available for the order value or promotion applied at the time of purchase. UAE delivery is usually expected within 1–2 working days, but delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, Ramadan, high-demand periods, courier capacity or other factors outside our control.

International orders are shipped through our selected courier or postal partners. International delivery times vary depending on destination, courier service, distance, customs procedures and other factors beyond our control.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, local postal procedures, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, email address and delivery address are correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or undelivered packages where incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided by the customer.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Undelivered or Incomplete Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please first check the tracking information, your delivery address, building reception, neighbours or local postal/courier pickup point where applicable.

If your order remains undelivered after the expected delivery date, please contact our Support Team at customercare@amprio.ae. We will review the matter with the courier where possible.

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the package and a description of the issue.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Return Policy, where applicable. Please review the relevant policy before placing an order.

Certain items may be excluded from return or exchange due to their nature, condition, use, damage, customisation, hygiene reasons or applicable law.
